These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by FPI GM Motors LLC ("the Dealer," "we," "us"), 12101 Midpines Dr, Apt 30, Cincinnati, OH 45241, United States, and the general conditions of vehicle and equipment sales by the Dealer. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our departments, inventory categories, and how to reach the counter. It does not constitute a real-time inventory, a binding offer to sell, or a price quote. A sale is formed only by a signed purchase agreement and title work at the counter.

2. Vehicle Sales

Units are sold under a written purchase agreement that specifies the unit, price, condition disclosure, and any trade-in credit. Descriptions on this website are for general information; the purchase agreement and title documents control.

2.1 Condition Disclosure

Used units are sold with the condition disclosed at intake. The buyer is encouraged to inspect the unit — physically or by independent inspection — before purchase. "As is" sales carry no warranty beyond what applicable law requires.

2.2 Title and Transfer

Title and registration paperwork is processed at sale. The buyer is responsible for taxes, fees, and registration requirements in their jurisdiction. Delivery is per the purchase agreement.

2.3 Trade-Ins

Trade-in values are appraised at the counter and credited against the purchase. Trade-in values are subject to verification of the unit's condition and clear title.

3. Manufacturer Warranty

Units are sold with the manufacturer's warranty, if any remains; the Dealer extends no warranty beyond that of the manufacturer unless expressly stated in the purchase agreement. Buyers should review warranty terms before purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of FPI GM Motors LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use related to a potential purchase. No other reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading stock requests or trade-in information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or records; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) misrepresent your authority to purchase or sell a unit.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stock levels, descriptions, and pricing on this site are illustrative; actual availability and terms are confirmed at the counter in the purchase agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Dealer's aggregate liability arising from or related to this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability for units sold is governed by the applicable purchase agreement and manufacturer warranty. In no event shall the Dealer be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPI GM Motors LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your provision of inaccurate purchase or trade-in information.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. The Dealer does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Purchase agreements may specify alternative procedures, which control for disputes under them.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

12. Changes to These Terms
